Pre Orders: Ships on or before release date
Mystery Boxes: Ships within 2 business days, once all boxes are sold and the live drawing has ended. Please check our site for the remaining inventory of boxes and stay tuned to our socials for the live drawings.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders and shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
If you are unable to receive your order, mistakenly enter an incorrect address or the package is lost, damaged, delayed, natural disasters, etc., OfficialSneaks is not responsible. We will not reship, refund, replace or credit an account for circumstances out of our control.
